Aluminum profiles that have just been extruded from the aluminum press are relatively soft, which require a stretcher to pull them straight and drag them to the cooling bed. Aluminum extrusion stretcher here at Shijia is able to stretch the aluminum materials. It consists of two stretcher heads and a saw head, in which the two stretcher head works simultaneously, while one stretcher head is stretching the aluminum profiles, the other will return back quickly, they work cooperatively to achieve high efficiency. The aluminum extrusion stretcher here at our company is prefect for 600T-3000T aluminum extrusion press.

Features

• The saw locates in the initial material countertops, which lowers weight of the stretcher head and reduces inertia caused by return of the stretcher head;
• Each stretcher head of the stretcher operates on its own track, without connects between each other, which avoid deformation of aluminum profiles resulted from free running of traditional double stretcher and disturbing problems caused by shared track vibration.
