Parameters
1. The screw and barrel of our plastic sheet extrusion equipment are made from high quality alloy steel treated with nitrogen. This provides an added level of hardness, corrosion resistance, and they are designed for a service life of over ten years.
2. The screw of large length and diameter ratio enhances the plasticizing effect, coupled with the roller with large diameter to create an excellent cooling effect. Produced sheet is highly transparent and uniform, with the error rate minimized to ±1.5%.
3. The hydraulic winding system is of German design, and the winded sheet can reach 1.5 tons per roll. Compared with the traditional winding method, it significantly reduces cost and labor.
4. This series of plastic sheet machine features an incredibly high output as it can produce over 7.5 tons of finished products per day.
5. The liquid flow channel inside the die adopts “hanger design”, which makes the melted raw materials evenly flow from the screw to the die to ensure that the sheets have a smooth surface.
6. The temperature of die exchanger is adjusted by stage, the temperature of the roller is controlled by 3-way automatic temperature control system, and the circulating water has an outstanding cooling effect, making the finished sheet highly transparent.
7. All of the driving device run synchronously.
8. The thickened racks and wallboards are latch assembled rather than welded to ensure the machine operates stably.
