Description of Automatic UV Coating Machine:1. This type of UV varnishing machine is widely used for varnishing on the surface of various thick and light paper (80~500gsm).
2. The paper processed has improved brightness, better damp-proof and abrasion-resistance capacities, thus protecting colors on the surface of paper.
3. This kind of converting machinery is widely applied to surface treatment of various cards, package boxes, etc., as the ideal post-printing equipment for improving printing quality.
Working Process:
Automatic feeding, brush wheel and electric powder-pressing, water-wash dust-cleaning, paper surface oil coating, IR drying, UV oil coating, UV drying, fan cooling, automatic collecting.
