The single head piston filler is mainly used for filling pastes into plastic and paper cartridges, like silicone sealant, potting sealant, photovoltaic sealant, liquid nails, etc.
This single head filler has a filling capacity of about 30 finished cartridges per minute, with each product ranging in measuring volume between 200ml and 320ml. And if you have different requirements for filling volume, we can customize the equipment according to your demands. This automatic filler is a machine integrating automatic empty cartridge feeding, automatic plunger feeding, filling, plunger inserting and printing. This filler operates in single fill mode, applicable to different sorts of sealants.
