Features:
1. The digital control commercial electric deck oven adopts far-infrared tubular electric heater for radiation heating which features uniform heating. It is also equipped with special timing alarm and automatic temperature control device. So the top and bottom fire are controlled separately by independent burner.
2. This deck oven can be used as single deck or multiple-deck baking in order to meet the requirements of different kinds of baking processes.
3. It adopts a glass observation window in order to view the state of the baked goods.
