Features
- Features CNC-machined threading at 33.5x1.5mm, ensuring tight tolerances that allow the spear to fit perfectly, providing a secure and stable seal.
- The keg is designed to withstand significant pressure. The bottom begins to deform at 120 PSI, is severely deformed at 500 PSI, and while the gasket may break at 1000 PSI, the keg body remains undamaged.
- The gasket is made from EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), known for its exceptional aging resistance, corrosion resistance, impact absorption, temperature resistance, and environmental friendliness. It typically lasts 3-5 years, with replacements available upon request.
- Equipped with a 30 PSI pressure relief valve, which automatically releases gas if the internal pressure exceeds 35 PSI, ensuring safety by preventing over-pressurization.
- The brass faucet has a smooth finish with a roughness of 1.6μm on the outside and 3.2μm on the inside, making it easy to clean and help prevent bacterial growth.
- The CO₂ regulator is rigorously tested, enduring up to 100,000 opening and closing cycles, ensuring durability and consistent performance without leakage concerns.
- Made from high-grade 18/8 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.7mm, the keg is extremely durable, resisting deformation even during transport.
- The inside of the keg is electropolished, eliminating metallic taste and providing a smooth surface that reduces bacterial growth, ensuring your beverages remain clean and fresh.
