- No.1: Plug in the electrode wire, install the electrode pad and stick it on a suitable target point
- No.2: Start the machine and choose a suitable massage mode and intensity
- No.3: After use, remove the pad and place it into the PE bag, then place the TENS unit in the packaging.
- Maintenance and care
- These massagers utilize electrode pads stuck to the user’s skin. Due to different amounts of grease on the user’s skin, the electrode pad service life ranges from person to person. Generally, a single electrode pad can be used 10 to 20 times.
- The electrode pads are accessory consumable and do need periodic replacement.
- After long-term use, the electrode pads may lose their stickiness due to water loss or dirt. When this happens the first time, dip your hand into clean water, then clean the electrode surface then let it dry. This will increase pad stickiness and prolongs the service life.
