Spot Welding Equipment, 150KVA AC Resistance Welder
The 150KVA AC resistance welder is used for the welding of iron, copper plates or wires. With 150KVA power, spot welding equipment will weld plates with a thickness of 6+6mm and wires with a diameter of 12+12mm. The arm length of this resistance welder is 470mm, making it applicable to larger workpieces. As the larger welding workpieces give off more heat from the welding system, the cooling water flow of the resistance welder reaches 6L/minute in order to ensure normal operations. The cylinder diameter is 160mm, though it can also be customized to meet the needs of different customers. Users can choose between a single cylinder or a double cylinder.
