• Hydraulic tunneling drilling rig is equipped with the French Montabert imported medium and low pressure high-frequency hydraulic rock drill, using a stepped piston for enhanced reliability and lower maintenance costs.
• The original power control valve block from Montabert, France is equipped, enabling it to feature automatic impact pressure adjustment, and anti-jamming function. This ensures smooth and accurate hole drilling during the operation.
• The hydraulic tunneling drilling rig utilizes a newly designed Cartesian coordinate linear motion drilling arm to maintain automatic parallelism with the initial position to achieve optimal cross-sectional coverage shape and eliminate blind spots within the section range. The drilling arm can also be used for lateral stone breaking and rock bolt drilling operations.
• The drilling equipment adopts auto-stop device and bottom hole debris clearing function, automatically stopping pushing and impacting after finishing the drilling process. The handle control can be used to blow out residue and water at the bottom of the hole, eliminating the need for manual cleaning and reducing operation cycle time.
• Kaishan brand energy-saving integrated direct-connected screw air compressor is used, allowing for smooth operation, easy maintenance, significant energy savings, and reduced pollution.
• Designed with a Cummins diesel engine and a four-wheel hydraulic drive walking system, this enables stepless speed change, strong climbing ability, and high travel speed. The drilling equipment is also equipped with an exhaust purification device, greatly improving underground working conditions.
• Walking brakes use a dual-circuit multi-plate wet brake system, complemented by a multi-disc parking brake system, providing dual safety measures for the drilling rig. Additionally, multiple emergency switches greatly enhance underground operational safety.
• The hydraulic tunneling drilling rig features compact structure and flexible steering. Its mining articulated chassis is matched with wet wheel axles, with an articulated steering angle of ±40° and a rear axle swing angle of ±10°. This enables the drilling rig to easily navigate through narrow 2-meter wide tunnels and perform right-angle turns in 3-meter wide tunnels.
• Spacious working space ensures good driver visibility, and the drilling rig is equipped with a liftable safety roof and a series of automatic functions.
