Aluminum cans printing machine
Description
The YSC01 aluminum aerosol and can printing machine is the chromatography printing machine which is suitable for printing patterns on the surface of the aluminum cans, aluminum tubes and some other metal cans. It can conduct six kinds of chromatography printing of different colors and patterns.
The cylindrical shapes form the primer coating machine are transferred to the place of can taking of the printing machine by the conveyor chain and are caught by the vacuum suction drum. Then the putt will plug the cylindrical shapes in the printing mandrel. The ink passes the ink tank, ink taking roller, middle roller, ink vibrator, robber roller and reaches the printing plate. Then the printing plate will transfer the graphic which need to be printed to the blanket roller and supply some appropriate pressure to print the graphic on the aluminum cans. The robot takes the printed cans off the mandrel and plugs the oven chain so that the cans will enter the drying oven with it to dry.

- The YSC01 aluminum aerosol and can printing machine is controlled by the Siemens PLC. The Pro-face color touch screen of it can display the production speed, current output and some other information.
- The automatic detection device can make sure that the equipment can be out of service automatically when can insert is poor and stop printing without cans.
- The handle is adjustable to make the printing adjustment more convenient.
- The eccentric power of the eccentric wheel can be converted to the gap power by the continuous moved conveyor chain. When the conveyor has drill pause, the robot unplugs the printed aluminum can form the mandrel and plugs the conveyor chain pin to send the aluminum cans into the drying oven.
- Drawer type printing unit can make the replacement of the printing plate convenient and fast.
- To adapt the printing of aluminum cans of different specifications, the mandrel assembly adopts overall replacement and the replacement adopts quick change mandrel mechanism which is convenient and fast.
