Description
The HXC02 Aluminum drying oven is the matching equipment of the aluminum can manufacturing plant. It is used for drying and solidifying the ink after the primer printing and printing of patterns and text.

This drying oven adopts gas. The burner converts the natural gas or the liquefied petroleum to thermal energy. The heat produced by the burner creates heat exchange by the switching equipment. The hot air is blown into the air inlet by the high pressure fan and is sent to every corner of the drying oven evenly to form the hot air circulation.

Features

The drying oven adopts PLC control and automatic temperature control. SCIO fuel burner can adjust the fire automatically according to the temperature changes inside the oven. FUJI temperature controller guarantees that the temperature is within ±2℃ of the standard temperature.
The drying oven adopts hot air circulation system. The hot air continually cycles inside the oven due to the fan transmission. The temperature inside the oven is even and the products have high quality.
The drying oven can use not only natural gas but also liquefied petroleum gas. Using gas to offer heat is low-cost and can warm up quickly.
