Description of product
The HXD01 aluminum tube drying oven is a piece of corollary equipment for tube machine lines. After the aluminum tube is printed in tin or in color, the manipulator plugs the tube into the link, then carries it to the oven using a chain. After a 6 to 8 minute baking, the tin or ink is dry, and the tube is ready to send to the next process.

- The temperature in the oven is designed with automatic temperature control. The FUJI temperature controller ensure the temperature remains within the plus or minus 2 degrees of the set temperature.
- The machine has an excellent insulation performance, as well as an energy saving and power saving performance.
- The heating element is easy to assemble and disassemble. When the thermal resistance in the oven is damaged, the damaged heating element is easily replaced without affecting long term production.
