This HXG01/HXG02 oven is auxiliary equipment used in aluminum tube production lines. It is used for drying printing primer and patterns.
Drying oven electricity
- The temperature in the oven is designed with automatic temperature control. The FUJI temperature controller ensures the temperature within plus or minus 2 degrees of the set temperature.
- The HXG01 drying oven uses a stainless steel electric heating tube as its heating element. The heating elements are easy to install, remove and replace. The heating elements are all adopt stainless steel thermal resistance, so the heating is even and easy to control.
- The HXG01 drying oven adopts hot air circulating system (heating box, wind turbine, wind tunnel).
- The heating element is easy to assemble and disassemble. When the thermal resistance in the oven is damaged, the damaged thermal resistance can be quickly replaced without affecting production.

Drying oven gas
- The HXG02 drying oven for aluminum tube is controlled by PLC and can control the temperature automatically. The SCIO burners can automatically adjust the flame size according to the temperature change in the oven.
- The HXG02 drying oven adopts a hot air circulation system, the heating is even, efficient and clean.
- The HXG02 machine has the advantages of automatic temperature control, safety, convenience and energy saving. Both natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas can be used. This machine uses gas heating, which has the advantage of low cost operation.
