Digital Truck Scale (20~200 ton)
The digital truck scale (20-200 tongs) is a new vehicle scale with a stronger and more durable platform structure comprised of U-beams. The main beam is made of rigid modular sections such as I-steel, which is more than 6mm thick and bent using advanced machinery to ensure the entire platform structure is durable and has an excellent quality.
High quality steel plates are selected and used for the top platform on the digital truck scale, and the scale platform is a 6-piece beam in a closed frame. The platform is welded using a special technique that involves CO2 gas arc welding and automatic submerged arc welding. The precisely measured space positioning and advanced welding technique ensures the correct geometry dimensions of the platform space and a rational distribution of welding stress.
