Sophi's commercial rotisserie oven is great for showing off your perfectly cooked duck, chicken or kebabs, drawing customers in by sight and smell. The YDX series chicken rotisserie machine is designed with markets, restaurants and food stands in mind. Culinary and meat enthusiasts will find it difficult to resist your roasted duck, chicken or other meat with the use of this chicken oven when they pass by.
With a tempered glass door, this rotisserie oven is great for marketing your food items, as it can give passerby a full view of the oven working space and the enticing meat inside.
As an energy saving roaster oven, the YXD series commercial rotisserie oven features stainless steel housing, inside of which there is an infrared gas heater, fitted with heating tubes. The temperature and heating intensity inside the oven are automatically controlled to suit various rotisserie and roasting applications that require different cooking temperatures and times. As it is designed with safety and an easy operation in mind, it is easy to clean, and will continue to look neat even after an extended period of time.

1. The stainless steel housing is fitted with tempered glass, providing a full view of the entire roasting process.
2. Two lights provide the maximum illumination possible.
3. Included are 12 mounting hooks, allowing the machine to hold up to 12 chickens. The hooks are heated using 9 sets of heating tubes. A temperature controller is fitted to the top of the oven chamber to control the upper 5 tube sets. A controller on the bottom controls the remaining tubes. The temperature control ranges from 50℃ to about 300℃.
4. The temperature controller will automatically cut off the power supply when the temperature inside the chamber reaches a set point. Once it does, the heating indicator light will shut off and the heating tubes stop working. A slight decrease in temperature will trigger the controller again, turning the power supply back on to keep a constant temperature. At this point, the temperature indicating light and the heating tubes are both on again. As the cycle repeats, a constant temperature is maintained.
5. This rotisserie also comes with a over-temperature protection in the form of a reset button. In case the temperature control fails, the heating tube will automatically cut off from the power supply. To re-start work, simply press the reset button on the control panel. If the rotisserie oven can’t be restarted, it over heated. If that happens, just wait until the oven temperature falls back to an acceptable range.

2. Two lights offer the most illumination possible inside the cooking chamber.
3. An infrared burner has a widened heating area for faster, more uniform heating.
4. Four round racks stack neatly on top of one another, providing 2 hooks on which 12-24 chickens can be hung.
5. A standard gas fired chicken rotisserie oven burns using LP gas, though it can be modified to operate on natural gas. Please let us know before purchasing if you need modification services, which will be charged separately.
