Uneven heating is a common issue with electric ovens, however, Sophi Kitchen’s electric oven uses a convection fan to circulate hot air around the oven chamber to ensure that heat is evenly distributed. With the use of this fan, heating is efficient.
Loss of moisture is also a concern when home cooking. Within this convection oven, there is a steam outlet that will spray a fine mist of water into the chamber. The steam clouds serve to keep food moist.
