Balanced Weave Belt
The balanced weave belt has bigger mesh and firmer structure to bear heavier loader. The wire rod usually adopts the same type wire.
The wire mesh conveyor belt is connected by the double strand left (or right) hand wire mesh spirals and a connecting rod and is easy to splice. Its mesh is smaller than the single strand reinforced weave mesh which leads to firmer structure, good formability and easy maintenance. The balanced weave belt has obtained the advantages of various metal weave belts. The connecting rods are deeply bended to allow for the correct location of the wire cords. Hence the deformation and extension of the mesh wire belt is minimized.
Heat treatment, annealing of mechanical components, drying in food industry, treatment for leather or asbestos products.
