ZTM-900 automatic slitting and rewinding machine is mainly designed for slitting thermal paper rolls, bond paper rolls, cash register rolls, fax paper rolls, POS paper rolls, ATM paper rolls, and other small ribbon rolls.

- Equipped with Panasonic PLC and Weinview touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. Operator simply needs to set the material roll diameter and thickness, the PLC will give appropriate parameters for the machine to run automatically.
- Unwind unit is fitted with an automatic tension control system.
- Meter counter is available for operator to set data, enabling the machine to stop when the length reaches the preset value and alarm to inform the operator.
- Synchronous belt is utilized to avoid the overlap problem.
- Frequency inverter is adopted for main inverter motor driving, and the speed can be displayed on the control panel, the frequency inverter motor is of 2.2kW.
- All transmission rollers have been treated by dynamic/static balancing.
- Equipped with emergency switch.
- All the electric components are compliant with CE certification.
Unwinding Section
- 3″ air expanding shaft.
- Automatic pneumatic lifting system is configured for heavy material roll loading.
- 10 kg/m2 automatic braking device is used for material feeding tension control.
Unwind Tension Control
- Automatic tension control (roll diameter calculating type) is used to maintain a constant tension.
- Operator only needs to preset unwind core size and initial unwind diameter through the touch screen, and the PLC system performs automatic control for easy operation.
Automatic Tucker
- The automatic tucker is used to load material edges onto winding cores automatically, eliminating the need for paste in the tape, providing easy operating and improved process efficiency.
Red Line
- Operator can set red line length via the touch screen, to indicate maximum load
Rewind Section
- This machine comes with 0.5′′ rewinding shafts, we can also offer upon request.
Waste Edge Trimming
- The slitting machine has a waste edge trim device. The waste edge is trimmed on both sides.
- Air blowing system is available for waste material edge trimmer.
