The six axis slitting rewinding machine has two functions of slitting and rewinding. There are two optional slitting methods: flat blade slitting and round blade slitting, which can meet customer requirements of cutting material prototypes into different shapes. It is suitable for the slitting and rewinding of large roll material production lines such as blow film extrusion line and sheet extrusion line.
Main advantages- The main machine adopts frequency control to keep the machine running smoothly in the acceleration process.
- It is equipped with functions of meter counting and alarming and it will alarm the operator when fault occurs.
- Rewinding device adopts A and B air shaft structure. Charging and discharging can be automatically completed by chain, which can simplify the work flow.
- Unwinding device adopts five axis hydraulic mode and automatic photoelectric correction system, so that irregular materials can be slit normally.
- It is equipped with a high pressure fan and automatic edge waste removing device. For irregular parts of materials, the machine will automatically cut off the excess waste material.
