PU225 series is a high-performance 2/2-way solenoid valve engineered for demanding industrial environments. Built with a sturdy brass body and operates within a wide pressure range of 0.5–16 bar. Inside the valve, an innovative diaphragm reinforced with 316 stainless steel and a precision-balanced spring system greatly enhances fatigue resistance, extending its cycle life up to one million operations. The valve offers excellent sealing performance and stable operations, making it ideal for medium- and low-pressure fluid control systems.
- Pilot-operated structure suitable for medium- and low-pressure conditions up to 16 bar, with an optional 20 W high-power coil for continuous, energy-efficient operation
- 316 stainless-steel reinforced diaphragm offering excellent fatigue resistance and a long service life (800,000–1,000,000 cycles)
- Durable 58-3 brass body effectively resists corrosion and deformation, while the dynamically balanced spring mechanism ensures continuous operation and tight sealing
- Optimized flow passageway reduces pressure loss, handles media with trace impurities, and supports high flow performance
