According to different baking requirements, Apex provides 3 types of gas tunnel oven: the direct-fired oven, the indirect-fired oven (radiant or convective), and the hybrid oven. Apex gas tunnel oven is suitable for natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
The furnace of the baking tunnel oven is made from imported materials with high heat resistance, heat reflection, and corrosion resistance, largely improving the energy efficiency, reliability as well as life of the tunnel oven.
Three different high-density insulation materials are utilized as fillings in the insulation layer. For the cover of the oven, we employ the stainless steel shell to effectively reduce heat loss as well as protect the bakery tunnel oven from dirt.
Alarming system is mounted on the biscuit baking tunnel oven to warn operators of over-voltage, under-voltage, or self-extinguishing occasions.
