Temperature control system	1. Temperature range: room temperature 25℃~300℃, it takes approximately 35 minutes heating from room temperature to 300℃.
	2. Controller: adopts XZ-960 temperature controller, digital setting, PID automatic calculation, LED display.
	3. The temperature controller has accuracy within ±0.5%FS; Temperature uniformity ±2%. (tested without loading)
	4. The equipment surface temperature is less than room temperature 15℃ while operating.
