iAStar-S2 elevator door inverter, as its name indicates, is a frequency inverter especially for elevator door control and other types of automatic door control as well. 1. Intelligent power module (IPM) hardware design and advanced control system allow the elevator door inverter to work steadily and reliably. CAN bus communication guarantees high speed, safe and reliable data communication. In addition, the wide voltage input range and automatic voltage regulation function enable the inverter to be used in various severe environment.
2. The elevator door inverter is designed with adjustable torque compensation capability. So, it is applicable for doors with different weight. The design also ensures mild door open and close, thus assuring the safety of passengers while getting in and out of elevators. Meanwhile, the elevator door inverter has multiple safety protection functions, including door-closing rotor-locking function and the function to avoid passenger being stuck.

Our elevator door inverter has door-width self learning ability, an optional PI controller and frequency resolution up to 0.01Hz, and the holding torques for opened door and closed door can be set and adjusted independently. So, it is provided with improved elevator door speed adjustment performance and positioning precision.
4. The elevator door inverter has 60 settable parameters, including functional parameters, motor parameters, door opening and closing parameters, PI parameters, control parameters, and failure diagnosis parameters, etc. Through setting and adjusting elevator door opening and closing parameters such as acceleration parameter, and deceleration parameter, etc, the elevator door inverter can be offered optimized system operation curve. Thus, the smooth and low noise operation and low maintenance are ensured.
5. STEP elevator door inverter supports either encoder control or encoderless terminal control. The compatible encoder output types are open collector, pull-push, and differential.
