Rail Fastening System
Rail fastening system is a complete set of system fastening rails to sleepers. There are stringent standards of producing rail fastening system, because the railway safety should not be underestimated. Considering the features of rail fastening system, we produce secure and reliable fastening system with relatively high tensile strength and creep resistance to effectively protect rails from tilting. In addition to that, the rail fastening system features superhigh dynamic fatigue strength, which can reduce users' maintenance cost and frequency.
Each piece of fasteners we produced is strictly controlled in accordance with ISO quality management system. The whole production process, from raw material purchase to the completion of finished products, is under stringent testing and inspection, so as to ensure the qualification and security of each fastener.
