  • The wheel loader is equipped with high-power WEICHAI engine that complies with the Euro II emission standard. The reasonable matching of power significantly improves traction and breakout force, shortens the work cycle and improves energy efficiency.

  • The wheel loader features Hangzhou Advance ZL50 planetary gearbox and dual-turbine torque converter, both of which can be easily found in all markets. The gearbox has 2 forward gears and 1 reverse gear, and the speed at first gear is 30% faster than that of other gears on the market, that’s why our wheel loader works particularly well in loading and transporting loose materials.

  • CHANGLIN's independently developed drive axle is a large-modulus transmission component with ability to work under overload conditions for long time yet not shortening its service life. The performance of the drive axle has been approved by severe working conditions in Tianjin Port, Guangzhou Port and Guangxi Fangcheng Port, and the reliability of which is particularly appreciated by our customers worldwide. The front and rear drive axle housings and wheel hub reducer are designed with a split structure, which assists users in the reduction of maintenance costs.

  • The hydraulic oil tank with vacuum device makes it convenient to repair and maintain the hydraulic system, and ensures the hydraulic oil in the system will never be mixed with other chemical substances, prolonging the service life of hydraulic system. The hydraulic oil tank is placed at the rear of the cab, enabling a more space for accessing the transmission system so that the daily maintenance of the transmission system can be easily performed.

  • A hydraulic steering system is adopted in the wheel loader, the compact structure of which makes it easy to operate and simple to maintain.

  • The hydraulic control system of the wheel loader allows for simple, sensitive and stable operation.

  • The cab can be configured with heating and cooling air-conditioning system that helps create a comfortable operating environment.
