The frame hinges are perfectly matched with tapered roller bearing thanks to its innovative structure design, resulting in an increased contact area which leads to the high reliability of the hinge even under severe working conditions.
The wheel loader adopts ZF4WG200 gearbox and torque converter transmission system. The gearbox with electric-hydraulic control executes fixed axis power shift transmission and can achieve forced deceleration, providing easy operation and high work efficiency.
The load sensing hydrostatic steering system with small-displacement steering gear and low pressure control makes the steering easy and precise while greatly lowering labor intensity. The adjustable steering wheel enables the driving easier and more comfortable.
The hydraulic system features an innovative design of heat dissipation that is approved through simulation validation and verification testing, providing reasonable heat dissipation under any working conditions so that the radiator efficiency and hydraulic system reliability can be improved.
The T-series large-opening exterior cover allows the free flow of air through the front air inlet and rear air outlet of the radiator. In addition, a newly designed cab has a superior seal which ensures that the noise level is far lower than the national standard.
The relays and fuses are centrally located, the grease nipple is located at the side of the frame, and the pressure measuring port is arranged in the front of the auxiliary box. All of these arrangements make it easy and convenient for maintenance
