Frozen meat mincers are used for grinding frozen meat into uniform minces while preserving its natural flavor and nutrients. By processing frozen meat directly, these grinding machines eliminate the need for thawing, reducing nutrient and protein loss typically associated with the thawing process. Our meat mincing machines use a variable-pitch screw to continuously push raw meat toward the pre-cutting plate. As the screw rotates, the cutting knife and hole plate work together to achieve the desired grind, ensuring consistent and finely textured mince regardless of the meat’s type, hardness, or fiber density.
