Bale opener is used to scatter the strapped fiber to flocculence, in convenience for follow up process. Therefore bale opener is always used in front end process of nonwoven manufacturing. The coir fiber is relatively harder, therefore we install the bar on the beater in flower pattern for improving the efficiency. Otherwise, the gear bar of coir fiber bale opener we manufactured is very easy to replace because the coir fiber may do great damage to the gear bar.
