The assembly welding line generally requires 30 employees to work together to complete the welding process.
Offer assemble system and instructionThe operation of the welding line is controlled by the system. The control system of the assembly line is supplied by Siemens or Mitsubishi. The control system can achieve continuous operation and intermittent operation. Besides, a control system with higher configuration can cooperate with the robot welder and achieve fully automated welding.
Quality assuranceJDSK will go to the customer's workshop for surveying and mapping and designing drawings based on the results. And then JDSK will carry out customized design and production. During producing, JDSK will control the quality strictly. After producing, JDSK will install the equipment for the customer and provide a 1 year warranty.
