NIR unit uses near infrared heater and burning oven uses gas heating to rapidly heat the outer surface of the extruded products, achieving rapid curing and pre-vulcanization effects on the rubber strip surface. This in turn minimizes imprints on conveyor belts, allows for curing of complex profiles, and enhances product surface quality. The oven can be used for high-temperature curing of various types of rubber profiles.
