Vulcanization system for curing rubber profiles
JRL-T/C-X Gas or electrical heating
JRL-50C-X Gas heating
JRL-27T-X Electrical heating
Hot air vulcanization oven (HAV) utilizes high temperature and high-speed hot air to vulcanize rubber profiles, achieving the required performance. For large cross-sectional products, a large circulation of high-speed hot air is used for higher heat exchange efficiency and faster vulcanization speed. The HAV find its applications in the manufacturing of construction materials, automotive components, and rubber vulcanization in the cable manufacturing industry.
Application Materials
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber, natural rubber, butyl rubber, etc.
Features
- Centralized heating allows for a temperature accuracy of ±1℃ inside the oven.
- Multiple air outlets are symmetrically distributed, ensuring even temperature distribution and stable vulcanization performance.
- The air duct is equipped with multiple detachable cleaning ports for easy cleaning.
