Dough Forming System
Used after the dough mixer, the dough forming system, serving as an indispensable biscuit machine, can cut the mixed dough into chunks, then press them into a large dough sheet, and finally mold the sheet into biscuit pieces. This biscuit molder is composed of following individual machines: roller feeder, rotary moulder, double color wire cut machine, belt type salt and sugar sprinkler, and liquid egg spraying machine.

After being slightly rolled by roller feeder, the soft dough will be directly fed into the rotary molder and molded into biscuit dough pieces. The continuous belt ensures a 100% qualified rate for dough pieces. The dough molder comes with dual variable frequency motors and a hand wheel for adjusting the distance between feed rollers.
