LGCD series direct drive rotary screw compressor is an economical model that delivers outstanding performance. Compared to our last generation of screw air compressor, this direct drive rotary screw compressor can provide 15% higher efficiency and lower noise level. The main parts used in the air compressor achieve the optimal balance between quality and cost. The high performance is compliant with ISO, TUV, GA and SGS certificates. This rotary screw compressor is supported by 1-year warranty, with 3-year air end warranty.

Drives and electrics The almost loss-free power transmission direct driven coupling from KTR. Guarantees reliable, high-performance compressor operation. The regular maintenance requirement is reduced to lubrication of the motor. All the electronic components are brand products of leading manufacturers.

Electric motor Only electric motors from well-known manufacturers of protection class IP55, TEFC, SF1.2, IE3/IE4 are used. As a standard, the drive motors are monitored both thermally (via the thermistor of the motor) as well as electronically (overload protection via the frequency inverter).
Oil separation system Compressors up to 132 kW are equipped with external separators that can be changed in a simple spin-off/spin-on process. Larger units have an internal separator cartridge. Due to the excellent separation efficiency of the system as a whole, the compressors can be used in the pressure range of 5.0 to 15.0bar. Special pressures available upon request.
Oil circuit
- The design of the oil circuit can effectively enhance the sealing performance so as to extend the interval between lubricant changes. An oil level sensor is integrated to effectively sense the oil level. It is visual and can alert users to maintain the machine.
- All the units in this series have a horizontal oil separation vessel in which the oil is separated from the compressed air highly efficiently at low speeds.

The SMART CONTROLLER ensures efficient control and system monitoring The controller can work in block mode with multiple compressors. Up to 16 machines can be remotely connected.
Frequency inverters (optional) The frequency converter minimizes idle times and optimizes supply with fluctuating compressed air.. Start-up peaks are avoided and the compressor’s delivery rate is controlled continuously–that saves electricity costs! The total costs for your compressed air supply are significantly reduced and investment costs are amortized in the shortest possible time.
