Hydraulic Self-Cleaning Screen Filter, A Series
As it is fed through the filter body, source water passes through the filter screen and any smaller particle impurities become trapped within the mesh of the screen's inner surface. The filtered water, once purified, is then released via the water outlet.
Self-cleaning can be initiated in one of three ways: by differential pressure, set timers, or manually. The preferred method is differential pressure.
Once the differential pressure (P) between the interior and exterior of the filter reaches the designated level, the self-cleaning mode sets off. The operation involves opening the hydraulic valve bonded to the drain pipe, which then produces a negative pressure inside the suction nozzle of the suction scanner. This, at the same time, draws impurities away, and the suction scanner spirals and moves along the inside walls of the filter via hydraulic action, making sure even the most remote areas of the filter are cleansed and discharged through the sewage outlet.
The control system pre-determines the self-cleaning filter's cleaning time, and once finished, the blow-down valve is shut. The entire cleaning process requires very little water.
- Flow rate (single filter): 20-1200m³/h
- Filtration degree: 50~800um
- Nominal pressure: 1.0~1.6Mpa
- Operating pressure: 0.2~1.0Mpa
- Operating temperature: ≤60℃
- Cleaning pressure loss: 0.01Mpa
- Control mode: Differential pressure/timing/manual
- Cleaning time: 10s (can be set)
- Power supply: AC; 220v/50Hz
- Power: 15W
The self-cleaning of the filter completely depends on the water pressure in the system pipeline without external power.
