GZ Roll-Forming offers high quality roll-forming lines with a fully automatic control system for curtain wall panels. Punching, slotting and other function are integrated in-line, meaning there is no need for secondary operations. Other devices can also be equipped upon request to carry out laminating, bending, or discharging.

The product shape, output and other parameters are all set on the touch screen while HMI is achieved with no mechanical adjustments. The PLC, inverter, and other electrical components are imported from Germany and Japan to ensure the roll-forming system’s long-term performance.
