Electrostatic Flocking Machine
Used for surface coating of rubber seals and profiles
The principle of electrostatic flocking is to utilize the physical property of like charges repelling each other and opposite charges attracting each other. The flock fibers are given a negative charge, and the object to be flocked is placed at zero potential or grounded. The flock fibers are attracted to the object due to the opposite charges, and they accelerate vertically to the surface of the object in need of flocking. As the object is coated with adhesive, the flock fibers adhere vertically to the object. Electrostatic flocking is a new production process that utilizes the natural characteristics of electric charges.
Electrostatic flocking is used for flocking positions such as door belt, glass run weatherstrips, frameless strips, and top strips on automotive seals.
Features
- The equipment is made of stainless steel
- Advanced flock circulation control ensures the minimum amount and number of flock circulation to minimize the damage to the flock fibers and prevent the reduction of their electrical properties.
- Roller brush flocking with frequency conversion speed regulation ensures stable and adjustable flocking amount for a wide application.
- Equipped with an impurity screening system to avoid the influence of impurities on the surface of the product.
- The equipment has good sealing performance, and the interior is under negative pressure to ensure that the flock fibers do not leak out.
- Imported full-wave rectification high-voltage electrostatic generator offers stable performance.
- Automatic high-voltage discharge after opening the door for safety and reliability.
