This fluid bed dryer is capable of accomplishing processes of drying, granulation and spray coating for powders, granules and pellets.
Features
- Modular design, outfitted with top-spray, bottom-spray and side-spray systems to execute drying, granulation and coating processes;
- Compact structure, fast disassembly for easy cleaning without dead corner, meeting the requirements of cGMP production standards;
- Accurate temperature control with low fluctuation;
- Two filtering chambers allow the bag shaking to be alternated between these two, thus guaranteeing the continuous fluidization process;
- Automatic PLC control system with a graphical user interface assists technician to easily operate and all the operations will be implemented in accordance with set parameters, the process data can be logged and printed for analysis;
- Specially designed air distribution plate provides even distribution of airflow and better fluidization performance, resulting a stable and reproducible quality of the final products;
