Gloss UV Varnish for Tube
The gloss UV varnish for tube manufactured by KAISHIMEI is specially developed for varnishing PE tubes. It is distinguished by its high adhesion, attractive gloss, non-yellowing, rapid drying speed, great flexibility, colorless and transparent curing film, etc. This high gloss varnish is odor optimized and provides the surface protection specified in tube printing.
In addition, the ultra-violet coating has remarkable resistance to alcohol wiping, warm water, brine, fire, chemical substance, etc. To be specific, after being wiped by alcohol up to 100 times or soaked in 60℃ water, brine containing 5%Nacl, fire and cleanser essence for one hour, the UV tube varnish keeps intact.
