1. Components: acrylic resin and epoxy additives
2. Appearance: light yellow or light purple transparent liquid.
3. Viscosity: 100-200cps/25℃
4. Density: 0. 95-1.05kg/L
5. Shelf life: 6 months
6. Printing method: roll printing
7. Packaging: 20kg/drum; 200kg/iron drum.
Using Methods and Notice
1. The UV roller coating varnish needs to be diluted by an addition of 5-10% thinner in order to obtain suitable viscosity.
2. Three 5000w UV lights are used for curing the UV rollercoat varnish.
3. This UV curable coating should be stored in dark, cool and well-ventilated place at a temperature of less than 30℃.
