Description

The FXZ-160A inline capper is our newly developed fully automatic linear capping machine, featuring attractive appearance, rapid cap tightening, and high consistency. It is applicable to capping bottles of various shapes, and widely used in foodstuff, pharmacy, daily chemical, pesticide and cosmetics industries. Four speed regulation motors are respectively used for cap feeding, bottle clamping, conveying and capping, thus to ensure high automation and easy operation, fast changeover of bottle or cap can be achieved without any tool. Only some operations need to be implemented, such as connect the cap feeder to achieve automatic cap feeding.
