In an amorphous core production line, the 90 degree tilt table is primarily used to slowly and steadily tilt horizontally placed amorphous alloy ribbon coil materials into an upright position or to revert upright coil materials to a horizontal position, facilitating handling, hoisting, transportation, or storage in subsequent processes.
Our amorphous ribbon core production line is mainly used by amorphous ribbon manufacturers, transformer core manufacturers, and power transformer manufacturers.
Our equipment can process amorphous cores for transformers, filter cores, DC immunity cores, and permalloy cores, among others.
Our amorphous core cutting line is primarily designed for rectangular ribbon shearing, with a cutting width ranging from 140mm to 220mm and a single-blade cutting length ranging from 300mm to 10,000mm.
