The automotive testing and inspection line is mainly used for automobile performance testing. The main testing items are four-wheel alignment, headlight test, brake test, alternative fuel vehicle emissions test, sound level meter, opacity smoke meter, speed test, side slip test and axle load test. Chain managementThe automotive testing and inspection line generally requires 20 employees to work together to complete the testing and inspection process.
Offer assemble system and instructionThe line is controlled by the system and the detection information of each automobile will be entered into the system and recorded.
Quality assuranceJDSK will go to the customer's workshop for surveying and mapping and design drawings based on the results. Then we will carry out customized design and production. During production, JDSK will control the quality strictly. After production, JDSK will install the equipment for the customer and provide a 1 year warranty.
