The automotive engine assembly line consists of station machines, conveyors, auxiliary tools, and racks. The assembly line carries out a number of functions, including assembly procedure monitoring, poka yoke detection, pressure and tightening torque monitoring, and more. Detailed configurations and automation levels are designed according to customer requirements.
According to customer assembly processes and requirements, the assembly line is equipped with a variety of equipment, racks, and poka yoke detection systems to carry out the following functions:
① Pressure and tightening torque monitoring
② Automatic screw and nut tightening
③ Automatic lubrication
④ Online no-load test
⑤ Workpieces can be conveyed via machine or manual operation.
