The overall structure of the high precision spotting press for 3-color molds is similar to the JM series die spotting press, but its defining trait is the turnable device, which realizes the station handover function during the bedding-in procedure of the mold, so users can directly make 2-color molds or 3-color molds.

It is mainly used for the production of auto light molds. It can also be used for the production of complex molds which contain multiple parts.

Type selection

According to different pressure capacities, we provide 200T, 300T and 350T models. The length of the mix working table is 3m, and the width is 2m. It can be widely used for various sized molds.

Easy operation

In order to help users realize the production of multicolor molds, the lower working station is designed with a 360° rotatory turntable, and there will be a toaling hole every 60° on the turntable edge. By the positioning of different angle of the mold, the mold can be divided into multiple parts.

For example, users need to divide the mold into 3 parts if they want to produce 3-color molds, then they need only position the turntable 3 times, and the angle between every two parts is 120°.
