In-line Can Leakage Tester
STWMF’s in-line can leakage tester, also called a metal can leak tester or in-line leak testing machine, is used for can quality testing. It is designed to quickly detect any can leakage so that all qualified products enter into the next process, and any that are unqualified will be automatically ejected using a high-pressure air, ensuring can filling safety.

- All programs for different can sizes and different products speeds can be permanently saved for direct use next time. Even if the machine suddenly stops, the testing will not be influenced.
A number of suction cups are installed on the can leakage tester, with the open side of an empty can sucked up for a negative suction. There are 2 negative pressure sensors inside the tester, and after the can is sucked up, one sensor will read the negative pressure value after air exhaustion and pressure maintenance. After a specified amount of time, another sensor will again read the testing value. If the negative pressure decreases, can leakage is proven, and the can will be discharged.
