Wire Tension Meter
Description
The wire tension meter can be used to measure the tightness of wires and strips. The suitable materials include copper wire, aluminum wire, cotton wire, steel wire, plastic wire etc. It can conduct measurement no matter under static status or dynamic status.
During the production of coils and transformers carried out by the winding machine, the wire tension meter can provide accurate and quantitative tightness parameters for the operators in order to ensure that the tensile force can be stable or be up to demanded value during production.

1. The internal core rotation part is made up of ultra-friction-resistant ruby and highly precise bearing. It can improve measuring precision as well as prolong service life of the product.
2. The wire tension meter is equipped with damping mechanism which can totally eliminate self-vibration of the wire and resistance caused by meter itself, thus improving accuracy and reliability of the reading.
