Plastic Dewatering Machine (Plastic Dryer)
After crushing and washing, plastic materials still contain surface moisture. The dewatering machine removes this excess water at high speed before the next processing step. It is installed after coarse washing, crushing, and rinsing stages. Inside the machine, a screw pushes the material forward while centrifugal force separates water from the plastic. The material is discharged automatically once dewatering is complete. Rotor and screen configurations can be adjusted according to the material type. For automatic feeding, the system can be combined with a lifting conveyor.
Application
Suitable for drying flakes and granules made from PET, ABS, PC, PS, PA, PP, PE, and PVC.
