Nylon 6.6 Bonded Thread is produced by combining nylon filament with a thermal fuse. After twisting form a plied yarn, the outer nylon thread will be totally coated with a layer of bonding glue to ensure it is free of loose threads and fuzz. This high quality bonded thread is especially suited for sewing luggage, sofas, and other durable products.
Furthermore, our bonded nylon thread delivers excellent sewing performance, allowing it to be used in high speed stitching without damage or fuzzing. Additionally, when the temperature of high speed stitching reaches 120℃, the seam of the product will display a more stereoscopic appearance.
