The HD28 series vertical steam sterilizer is equipped with an overheating protection system. The sterilizer can automatically cut off the power supply, when water is not added, is low, or cut off. Under water breakage and other failures, the pressure releasing valve is automatically opened to discharge the steam.

• Automatic program operated control: it is easy to operate. The LCD displays the dialog box of the whole sterilizing process without supervision.
• Steam temperature control program: the steam temperature is controlled within 105～134℃. Different types of objects can be sterilized at a suitable working temperature.
• The water temperature is set at 50～101℃, so objects of various types can be boiled at a suitable working temperature.
• Timer: the automatic countdown begins when the sterilizing temperature reaches the selected value. And the sterilizer will automatically cut off the power supply, release pressure and steam after the sterilization. Then it alarms to indicate that the program operation is finished.
• This sterilizer has automatic releasing device for cold air in the sterilizing chamber to ensure sterilization effect.
• Adopting immersion electrical heating tube as the electric heating element, it has high thermal efficiency with a power voltage of AC220V. And it should be well grounded when operating.
• Automatic protection devices against over-temperature and over-pressure: When the temperature is too high, the sterilizer can automatically cut off the heating power. When the pressure is too high, it opens the safety valve for automatic pressure release protection.
• Open type safety valve: It is closed under normal sterilization. When the pressure of the sterilizer exceeds the maximum allowable operating range, it automatically opens to release the excessive pressure steam. And it is automatically closed when the pressure inside the sterilizer returns to normal value. The safety during the operation is guaranteed.
• It is impossible to open the door when the internal pressure exceeds 0.027Mpa, and it has the interlocking function.
• Overload and electricity leakage protectors: the power will be automatically cut off when the circuit occurs electricity leakage or over-voltage.
