Bellows Coupling
The bellows couplings consist of two aluminum hubs and a stainless steel bellows, combined through a bonding process. Because of the stainless steel bellow structure in the middle, the coupling can easily absorb a high parallel and angular misalignment and shaft endplay. The bellow wall is very thin, and capable of withstanding a torque with a certain degree of rotation stiffness, making it an ideal high precision servo shaft coupling.

Application:
The bellows couplings are commonly used in bar feeder encoder, laser engraving machine, grinding machine, tube production machine, motor test bench, laser cutting machines and more.
- The bellows couplings feature zero backlash, high torsional stiffness, low inertia and high misalignment compensation.
- The clockwise and counterclockwise characteristic is identical.
- Mounting options: set screw type, clamp type, clamping ring type, keyway type, etc.
